On first trip, arrived for my appointment and was told they were” hours behind”. So much for making an appointment!
Second appointment was for 9 am so hopefully they wouldn’t be too far behind. They took my car into a service bay at 9:40. The car came out of the bay at 9:50! How much service do you suppose I received in 10 minutes? A total waste of time and money.

The front desk person was impolite when he said that they were short staffed. They didn’t honour appointment time. Finally when they did the alignment they never gave me a final print out with final alignment positioning. I had no choice but to take their word for it.
