Xavier was nice and very helpful. They squeezed me in and didn’t try to hassle me into buying anything (even though I needed it, I didn’t have the money). I will definitely go back because of the level of service I received yesterday.

I made an appointment for 8 am. I was never put in the system so I still had a long wait for a simple oil change and made me have to cancel a very important engagement... NOT COOL. Ppl nice but not the best service and they are unorganized... Probably won't be coming back here or the one on Freedom drive

I would not recommend this place for anything. Took three appointments and had to walk away after waiting about 3 hours. Groupon was also unresponsive and not helpful in remediating this issue . Based on this I would not recommend Meineke franchise at this location. along with Groupon for awful non existent ct service.
