The service manager had extensive auto-mechanic experience. He went out-of-his way, to describe and show me, all the suggested repair issues with my Honda Civic. I watched-over, while the mechanic worked on my car, & she seemed to be doing a meticulous, & careful good job. I will definitely be going back there again, for a future oil change... because, they do, such an outstanding, additional inspection of the car.

I purchased this service for an oil change and inspection. During my visit, I was verbally told that my brake pads were critically low and in the “red zone,” and that I urgently needed brakes, rotors, and a brake flush totaling approximately $1,481. When I asked for specific brake pad measurements, I was not given them and was told the information would be in my inspection report. However, the written inspection I received stated “0 technician concerns found” and did not list any brake measurements or urgent issues. I sought a second opinion immediately, where my brake pads were measured in front of me and documented as 6mm front and 5mm rear, which I was advised are within normal serviceable range and not an emergency. After declining the recommended repairs, I later received additional verbal claims that my tires were unsafe, which again were not documented in the inspection report I was provided. Because of the repeated inconsistencies between what I was told verbally and what was documented in writing, I lost confidence in the accuracy and integrity of the inspection and the service performed. I rely on clear documentation and transparency when authorizing vehicle service, and that was not provided here. I would strongly recommend asking for written measurements and documentation before approving any additional work. I am now going to have to pay to get my tires rotated and another oil change, because I don’t have faith they did what they said they did.

Bad service the don’t rotate my tires, and also told me that they have not tools to put out the tire and send me to the dealer .. this is no way I pay for oil change and tire rotation
