Hard to do a full rating - I'm assuming they put my oil back in and rotated my tires as they were supposed to. The lady inside was very nice and apologetic that it was going to take an hour to get my oil changed, even there wasn't anyone else in line. It took 15 minutes for us just at the counter - she apparently had to enter a ton of stuff - then I had to screenshot the validation of my groupon and email it to the owner, which meant she couldn't complete things on her end until that was received. Then she informed me, only because it was a Groupon and for liability reasons, they would have to do a 20-minute "health checkup" on my van before they actually did the oil change. They could have rolled me in and out in 15-20 minutes, but I ended up sitting outside on a bench for an hour! The extra star is for the lady at the counter.
