Ron helped me the day I originally scheduled for but they were expecting me to drop it off and pick up in the afternoon but I couldn't. I probably should have called beforehand to see if I can do a wait alignment. Rescheduled for today. Took about 1hour20 for the alignment beginning to end. I waited in the waiting area. They were nice and gave me some recommendations for future service along with pictures and print out. Would use them again.
