As an experienced ASE cert automotive technician and automotive engineer, I am very knowledgeable in this field. I don't have an alignment machine at my house so I have to utilize places like this. Anyway, it was advertised that they would carry out a 4 wheel alignment due to my vehicle pulling slightly to the left and was noticing uneven wear on tires. I bought the vehicle brand new and now it is 6 yrs. After an hour they presented me with a results sheet of my front tires only. I asked to see the before measurements and they skipped this step. Reviewing the front end print out, the rt tire camber was at the top of the spec for positive which would increase wear on outer edge of tire. I asked why didn't they pull that back to center and was told that their machine had some issues and this couldn't be done. At this point I was sorry I choose this location to get this work completed. This also leads me to believe that its possible that the toe measurements could be faulty. I didn't ask to see the latest calibration sticker of the alignment machine but i expect they didn't have one due to the camber adjustments cant be made. I get it, most alignment shops 'set the toe and let it go' but I was expecting more due to buying a 4 wheel alignment. My expectations were not met and will have to take vehicle to a more reputable shop to re-check alignment.
