Simply wanted an oil change and purchased the Groupon for this. Made an appointment on the phone, got to Meineke and the girl stated it will take 1.5 hours to do a simple oil change because they have to do company policy “mandatory” check. Fitting this in between packing for a big move and did not factor in 1.5 hours for a simple oil change. Outrageous and will NEVER come back!
