Made an appointment and showed up. I was then informed it would be 2 1/2 hours. Then the price wasn't right because I needed full synthetic. Tried to upcharge another $45. Which was way more than a Groupon for that upgrade. They already marked my coupons as used and said I could contact Groupon to resolve the issue. No further help. It took weeks to get issue resolved through Groupon because they have no phone support. After research of these owners I found other businesses they owned have gone under with shady reviews. I have another Groupon for same people at different location which I won't use because of this experience. Also will never use Groupon again. Stay away from this business.

Simply wanted an oil change and purchased the Groupon for this. Made an appointment on the phone, got to Meineke and the girl stated it will take 1.5 hours to do a simple oil change because they have to do company policy “mandatory” check. Fitting this in between packing for a big move and did not factor in 1.5 hours for a simple oil change. Outrageous and will NEVER come back!
