Absolutely blown away by my experience at Mellow Day Spa! Shelby is a miracle worker. I came in with my shoulder, lower back, and glutes in knots—constant pain and serious tension—and left feeling like a brand-new person. The relief was immediate! Her hands are magic, and her focus on the problem areas was truly next level. My 90-minute session felt like a calming escape from reality, and somehow, it still wasn’t long enough (in the best way). I will definitely be back!

Shawna gave me an excellent medium firm massage. She is very thorough.. Massage rooms are neat and clean as is entire location. Would definitely recommend Mellow Day Spa.
