Shauna and Michael are awesome teachers! They are challenging but mindful of injuries. They will give you results! And there are reformers and cadillacs at this studio!

The Pros: the teachers here are fabulous! The best one I’ve used has been Renee Engmyr. She always seems to discover a new muscle group somewhere. The Cons: the class schedule. There are only night classes Tue, Wed, and Thursday and no Sunday classes whatsoever.

What's the most radical physical transformation you've seen a client make?
We have seen clients with musculoskeletal deficiencies gain flexibility and strength that has substantially stabilized or decreased any pain and unbalanced range of motion.

Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain”? Why or why not?
We believe the body has to to be challenged to gain a training effect but we train our clients to recognized the difference between "good" pain and "bad" pain.
