Promotional value expires 180 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Appointment required, contact by phone at (215) 738-4746. Must sign waiver. Cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule before 24 hours of your original appointment will result in a 50% fee of all scheduled services. If you no call no show you are subjected to pay 75% of the services scheduled. We also have a 10 minute late policy, if you are more than 10 minutes late and I am unable to accommodate for you after we will need to reschedule for a different date. You will still be subjected to the cancellation fee. Consultation required before service. If you are ineligible, a refund will be provided. May be repurchased every 30 days. Limit 1 per visit.
