Laser sun-spot removal treatments expose skin to controlled pulses of light and lasers. Over time, the treatments can minimize the appearance of discoloration and sun damage. Appointments last up to 20 minutes. Sun spots may appear darker immediately following the treatment but will gradually fade as the outer layer of skin sheds in the following 7–10 days. Heavily pigmented areas may required up to three treatments for full removal. Healing time may vary depending on treatment location.
