Here at Mercedes’ Beauty Bar we believe in customer service. When you come to our salon your stylist is professionally dressed and you are treated like a guest instead of a customer. We’ve spent thousands of hours educating ourselves to be able to offer you the highest quality of hair care services.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
You have to have a passion for what you do, and hair has been my passion since I was a little girl. I decided to open up a beauty bar so that my guest could have an experience, not an appointment. Customer service is a must, and all of my guests feel pampered and brand new when they leave my salon.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is meeting new people and giving them something that they cannot get at home or any other salon. I am not only a stylist, I am a great listener, so that gives my guests a sense of comfort knowing that they can let go of all of their worries when they sit in my chair.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
The best feedback that I have ever gotten from a guest is about my knowledge. Not only do I continue to educate myself about the beauty industry, but I also educate my guests on how to properly care for their hair at home, and that is most important.
