Patrons arrive to each session bearing nothing but water bottles, as the gym’s staff furnishes all the necessary equipment. Classes take place Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:30 a.m. to 7:15 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.; Monday 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Tuesday 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; and Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.
