If you do not show up to your set appointment, arrive after our 5-minute grace period, or do not contact us at least 1 hour before your appointment to notify your aesthetician that you will be tardy then there will be a 30% charge of the service(s) you had signed up for that day to the card you have placed on file, regardless if a voucher was purchased. If you still want to continue with us but have had a history of no-shows/cancellations/recurrent rescheduling you will only be able to set appointments over the phone.
