About Mesh Fitness
Mesh Fitness, a unique fitness concept in the brand new Dublin Bridge Park development offers 24/7 access to 140 pieces of both cardio and strength machines. It can be hard to know if you're working out hard enough while you're at the gym. Mesh Fitness cuts down on the uncertainty by allowing members to wear heart-rate monitors and then projecting those real-time metrics onto high-definition TVs. The state of the art heart-rate monitoring software is used in each of the Mesh Zones group training classes. Our instructor lead Group Fitness Zones will keep you motivated with music, positive energy and real time body monitoring feedback. Join our Cycling Zone PEDAL for a 1,000 calorie burning ride using awesome Schwinn Blue Carbon bikes. Our bikes have gradual magnetic resistance and a display console that shows wattage, cadence and virtual gears to keep you on track during your workout. Discover our Boxing/Kickboxing Zone which mimics some of what a fighter may do in preparation for a fight. This Zone will strengthen legs, abs, arms and lungs while you punch, box, kick and throw your way through this workout. In Pulse, our H.I.I.T Zone members work through high-intensity circuits that include water rowers, treadmills, TRX, and BOSU balls. The 140 pieces of new strength-training and cardio machines occupy those members not in classes.
