Services were great but they are very pushy into getting you to buy packages and when you don’t purchase you get an attitude and uncomfortable looks and the gratuity was calculated based on a random price which we were told after we advised Khloe we were not interested in packages but single sessions.

Jenny was amazing as always...But the lady with blonde hair that collected the tax looked so upset and angry and wasnt inviting...After I tipped Jenny, she was like"and the facial???!!"she didnt even introduce herself cuz she was busy trying upsell me and after I tipped her(decent amount), she didnt even say thank u. The place is amazing and clean and Jenny is my heart!!!

The facial wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it was okay. The foot massage was the worse foot massage I ever had. The lady used her nails the entire time. Not fun. The massage was the worse part. I asked 4 times for it to be softer; it only got harder. The massage left me sore and with bruises down my back. I wouldn’t recommend this torture on anyone. Also you pay an additional $100 afterwards.

Awful. Do not waste your time. Not relaxing at all, my masseuse was slapping my back at one point. Don’t think that’s considered a massage.
