Q:

New client? New client of metabodyfitness or new client of any of these yoga studios? I'm interested but I've already been a student at both locations that I would like to use this for. Thanks.

Leigh D.  asked on  May 26, 2013

A:

Hi Leigh. Thanks for your question. Our passes are strictly for NEW clients only as indicated in the Fine Print of your Groupon. A new client is someone who hasn’t attended a participating facility previously using a regular membership, through another promotion or a previous MetaBody pass. If you have already visited a particular studio before, we encourage you to visit other locations that are part of your MetaBody Yoga & Fitness Pass. There are lots of locations and classes to choose from and each class is unique and you're guaranteed to have fun, fab and muscle-toning workout each time!

Q:

Sorry, I just noticed that the groupon deal is for Yoga AND Fitness classes, does that mean we can sign up for ANY class being offered under the scheduling website?? So I can do a spinning class one day and a Zumba class another? Thanks!

Maram M.  asked on  May 26, 2013

A:

Hi Maram. That is correct, the pass allows you access to both yoga and other fitness classes. You can use it to take any of the classes offered in the Wellness Living Scheduler.

Q:

Hi, I have a couple questions I wanted to ask. 1. When we purchase this deal and we go on the wellnessliving website to sign up for the class, we can sign up for any class listed under "YOGA"? Will it tell us when we've reached the limit on that specific location? 2. Generally, do males sign up for this class too, or is it just females? I'm asking because I wear a veil and would be more comfortable in an all-women's class. 3. Lastly, when we sign up for the yoga classes, does it tell you if you've reached the limit on the specific location? And should we bring anything with us, such as a yoga mat? Sorry for all the questions, thank you for the help

Maram M.  asked on  May 26, 2013

A:

Hi Maram. Thank you for your question. Yes, this pass allows you access to the variety of classes listed in the Wellness Living Scheduler. It does not limit you to only Yoga classes, but you may also attend other fitness classes being offered. That’s right, once you’ve registered your pass in the system, it will show you the number of classes you have booked at a specific location as well as the number of classes you have remaining. Most classes are Co-ed but don’t worry, you have your options as we also have several classes exclusive for women. To view a list of offered classes and schedules at each of the participating location, please follow this link http://www.metabodyfitness.com/index.php?option=com_gmapfp&view=gmapfp&id_perso=0&Itemid=93 scroll down, select your city from the drop-down menu, and click "View Schedule & Sign Up Now" beside each location you are interested in. Yes, you can bring your own yoga mat. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to use MetaBody's LIVE CHAT. We have Customer Service agents online ready to answer all your questions!

Q:

Two questions...are all of these classes also available to guys? And what happens if I don't attend all 30 classes by Nov 15?

Donovan F.  asked on  May 26, 2013

A:

Hi Donovan, most of the classes are co-ed, so not to worry, guys are welcome. You have until Nov 15 to use all your 30 classes. If you wish to continue, you will have to pay the studio's regular walk-in rate or become a member.

Q:

If I have taken classes at Buffalo Yoga, but not any other of the locations can I still use this groupon? even though I won't truly be a "new client" to every location?

Alyssa h.  asked on  May 28, 2013

A:

Hi Alyssa, thanks for your question. If you visited a studio in the past, you will not be able to redeem your MetaBody Yoga & Fitness Pass at that particular location. You can, however, redeem at all the other locations that are part of this promotion provided that you have not visited them in the past.

Q:

I don't understand what is meant by "Limit 5 classes combined at East Meets West Yoga - Buffalo and East Meets West Yoga - Williamsville"?

Carol K.  asked on  May 25, 2013

A:

Hi Carol, thanks for your question. You can use a maximum of 5 classes total at East Meets West Yoga. For example, you can go to Buffalo location 3 times and 2 times at the Williamsville location.
