I was very impressed with how systematic Sarah was in doing my IPL treatment. It was the most thorough approach I’ve had on my face and neck. I bought a 3 treatment package and look forward to seeing how my skin looks after all of my treatments. They offer lots of great packages at a reasonable price. I liked the mother daughter team and all of the helpful information they provided.

The technician was quite lovely and made me feel comfortable (Maria, I think?), however, the lady running the front desk (as I understand it, she is the owner‘s mother) was completely unprofessional and pushy… on both occasions she kept opening the door to my treatment while I was half naked, exposing me to all of the people sitting in the lobby as I was in the first room. As well, she made continual underhanded comments to the technician-trying to make her look stupid or as though she was doing something incorrectly when the technician had stated that she had been doing this for 10+ years. Her pushiness completely rubbed me the wrong way and so, I went to another clinic to complete my treatments. I understand that she is likely doing her daughter a favour but there’s something to be said for making the clients feel comfortable… It’s too bad because the technician was really lovely and wonderful.
