Reiki aims to balance the body's flow of energy in an effort to ease stress, promote relaxation and support the healing of persistent ailments. Over time, our energy can become cluttered and stagnant, resulting in energy blockages that can cause a number of issues on a physical and emotional level. Reiki Master Teacher Amber will address these energetic blockages to promote relaxation and ease stress. Reiki is not a replacement for modern medicine but is a great addition to your self-care regimen.
During your session, you will stay fully clothed but will be asked to remove your shoes. Once the session has begun Amber may lightly place her hands on various points of your body that are non-invasive. If you are sensitive to touch you can state you would prefer no hand placement. We are here to help you relax and are happy to accommodate your needs!
If you upgrade to receive the Crystal and Sound healing with your Reiki session. Amber will place crystals along your 7 main chakra points and use a number of sounds, instruments, and chants to help raise your vibration.
