I was wary of what would happen if the cartridge proved to have a problem. I was assured to bring it back if it did. One of my cartridges had a problem, I brought it back and they didn't have a replacement that day. They offered to refund my money or mail me the replacement cartridge as soon as one came in. I chose to have the cartridge sent. It recently arrived and no problems. I am a very happy customer and plan to return. :)

I was going to give this business my business no matter what. I only knew about the Groupon as the guy ahead of me mentioned it. Call this on a case of word of mouth advertising!

I had a to return my cartridge twice because it was defective (wasn't really printing color). I also had to continue to act as the technician and trouble shoot my print first, then prove that the cartridge was bad both times with the "wet towel" trick, then re-explain once I got to the store. All my time was not worth the savings and I have an inferior product.
