Q:

I am interested in buying the 10-visit punch card for a friend, but my friend has NEVER rock climbed before. With the 10-visit punch card, would she be able to get basic instruction from someone for safety inctruction during the first visit?

Jennifer D.  asked on  Nov 30, 2012

A:

Yes, but at extra cost. The $59 1 month membership w/class & equipment might be a better option as it includes the class.

Q:

If you buy the 10 punch pass and end up not being able to go anymore after starting it, can you give it to someone else? Not to go at the same time, just to let them take over the pass.

Maddy  asked on  Nov 28, 2012

A:

You would not be allowed to give a partially used punch-card to another person, as they cannot be shared.

Q:

I would like to buy one of the Groupons, but I don't need equipment rental as I have my own. Is it possible to put the value of the equipment toward more punch-card punches or more than a month of pass? Thanks.

Stacy H.  asked on  Nov 28, 2012

A:

Very sorry, but the Groupon is only valid as offered. You would not be able to substitute equipment rental toward any other services or punch-card punches.

Q:

For the 10 punch pass, must it be started by the expiration date (similar to the one-month membership) or must all ten visits be used before the expiration date?

Dominique S.  asked on  Nov 27, 2012

The 10 punch pass must be started before the expiration date. The entire 10 passes do not have to be used by the expiration date. Enjoy!

Q:

I just bought two one month memberships for gifts but I did not mark them as such. Do I need to cancel the order and start over? Or can I just give each voucher to the person I am gifting to?

Debra C.  asked on  Nov 27, 2012

A:

Sorry for any confusion! If you will be printing the Groupons yourself and then giving the vouchers to the gift recipients, there is no need to specify that they are gifts at checkout. Groupons do not print with names on them, so you are free to print them yourself and then give them to whomever you'd like.

Q:

Can you share the 10 visit punch card between two people? 5 visits each and both go at the same time?

Jennifer  asked on  Nov 27, 2012

A:

Very sorry, but the Groupon cannot be shared. You're welcome to buy a gift Groupon for your friend if you'd like to go together!
