- What's included:
- Full orthodontic treatment: $1,500 towards a consultation, X-rays, 3D scan, exam, and orthodontic treatment with clear aligners package, and retainers
- Treatment fee does not include attachments and/or bite correction. This treatment option includes a limited number of office visits with Dr. Nelson. Patients may upgrade treatment to full correction at any time during treatment.
- Limited orthodontic package: complimentary consultation, diagnostic x-ray, digital 3D scan, exam with Dr. Nelson and a 50% percent credit valid only toward Full Invisalign treatment.
- In some situations, movements involving all teeth may not be necessary and limited treatment will provide a reasonable result. Limited treatment is intended to address a problem involving only a few teeth, or to correct/minimize a developing problem. The treatment indicated at the time of the screening is of a limited nature and is not intended to address all problems that may exist.
- Total cost of the service: $4,950
