The food was fine and service was good. However we were not happy when we were $0.02 short of the $20 goal on the Groupon and the manager made us buy another item to cross the line. That was the letter of the law and his right but it did not build good customer relations.

Mi Rancho gave me a difficult time regarding the Sat-Sun. The manager stated that it meant the groupon could only be used on Sat and Sun instead of Sat thur Sun. However, he relented and prepared me two delicious steak dinners.

The food and service at this restaurant is great!! Be mindful that when you buy the four entrée groupon you must purchase four. They are ok with two people eating with this one also. The portion sizes are big so that’s a lot of food!!! I’ll be back
