About Mi5 Fitness
Mi5 is a fitness center where exercisers push through a totally different workout every day. In group boot camps, yoga classes, and other sessions, members cheer one another on as they fight to break personal records. Should you lose track of your goals, Mi5 offers a reminder with its own name, which represents seven different facets of fitness. M stands for Movement, I for integration, and 5 for the studio's fitness pillars: education, nutrition, movement quality, strength, and metabolic conditioning.
