This cruise was really good even the weather was not in Rendez vous . I did the cruse with my two dogs and it s was really perfect All the crew was so nice . The guide guy was awesome very professional and funny too. To bad I didn’t won the prize 😜 Definitely will coming back with my friends and families .

The boat ride was decent around the bay. The boat it self was pretty old and dated and the drinks were a complete RIP OFF. 2 shots of Hennessy VS and Pinacollada $101

Thank you for writing a review. I happen to be at the bar. It was your girlfirends birthday and you wanted double shots and before we served I personally explained what the cost would be for a double shot of Hennessy and double shot in the Pina Collada. You also had 4 bags of chips. I understand if it was only 2 drinks but you had the equivalent of 4 drinks and several chips. We do hope that you enjoyed the birthday and we would love to see you again.

Horrible experience! Bad customer service. They made my reservation for the wrong cruise/service. I purchased the tickets for the Miami Night Party, no to the Millionaire Homes Tour. I did this tour so many times that I was no longer interested in doing it again, especially at night. When I contacted them to complain, they didn't even apologize. The boat was old, smelly and drinks were expensive.

I was never able to book the service during my five days in Miami. It rained when I arrived, but it wasn't anything serious. They mentioned there was a storm watch and that they weren't participating in any water activities, which I found to be false because I actually took a ferry during that time. I will not be buying from this place every again and not to mention the terrible customer service!

It was horrible I had a reservation for 8pm arrived @745 and the crew member said the boat was full and I could either “leave” or wait until 10pm. I waited the boat was late leaving a pop was $9 and then they told me there would be a$15 surcharge even though I brought my ticket off Groupon and that wasn’t mentioned in the ad
