What You'll Get
Boot camps apply military concepts to daily life, as do dance parties set to Morse code and tanks converted into school buses. Declassify your abs with today's Groupon: for $19, you get one month of unlimited boot-camp classes at Miami's Top Fitness (a $100.99 value). This Groupon is valid at the Kendall Indian Hammocks Park location or at the Rockway Park location.
Drawing on years of tae kwon do and fitness studies, Miami's Top Fitness instructor Alain Alvarez leads intense workouts for exercisers of all fitness levels. Campers begin by electing to attend either beginner or intermediate sessions. In each morning or evening class, Alain spearheads a rigorous regimen that incorporates fitness routines ranging from kickboxing and yoga to CrossFit, Pilates, and Kevin Bacon dance montages. Most participants torch between 700 and 1,000 calories during the one-hour sessions, and long-term clients report enhanced muscle tone. Each participant must supply his or her own pair of 5- to 15-pound dumbbells, mat, and water bottle.

About Miami's Top Fitness
A fourth-degree black belt and international competitor for the national Cuban tae kwon do team, Alain Alvarez is no stranger to hard work. After retiring from international competition in 1998, Alain decided to turn his talents to training others through fun, inventive, and effective boot-camp classes and personal-training sessions. Each class maintains a furious pace, as students sweat and bound through body-weight exercises, sprints, agility drills, and anvil juggling. Sessions also integrate fun group activities such as tug of war, potato-sack races, and tag-team butter churning. Alain preaches that exercise can improve not just physical but also mental performance, and conducts classes on the beach, in a parking lot, or on the grassy fields of a local park.
