Highly knowledgable technicians and very pleasant experience with my tattoo removal procedures. Wasn't at all rushed and they kindly answered all my questions/concerns and directed me to which laser I'd need to lighten the red part of my tattoo. Very satisfied in the lightning of the rest of my tattoo

When I arrived , I was taken straight to the treatment room. No waiting time. Diana was very sweet , friendly , welcoming and explained everything. It felt as if I have been there many times before. I enjoyed my facial and looking forward to my next visit .
