Is the entire procedure done in a day or in the course of a few days? Also, does this cover the cost of Anesthesia or is it separate (and if separate, around how much would that usually cost?)? Thank you for your help

Hello Jake. The entire dental implant process generally involves two steps. First, we surgically place a dental implant in the jaw bone. This is completed in one, relatively quick appointment. You can choose to be sedated which will add some extra cost to the procedure or you can choose to have the procedure completed with local anasthetic only. The second step, either 3-4 months following the surgery, is fitting a tooth (crown) on top of the dental implant. This can take either one or two seperate visits to the office. For more details call our office we will be happy to answer all questions you may have. Also, consider scheduling a no cost consultation so we can discuss your specific needs.
