Just don't do it. He was nice enough but he assured us that even though my daughters hair didn't process as light as he wanted it wouldn't look orange. Wrong. It was orange. He was not apologetic about burning her face with the lightener either. Also they run the salon like a daycare. There was at 1 point 7 unattended children running around knocking over chairs and it was dirty.
