Loved their atmosphere. Sue did a wonderful job with my cut and color. They were very caring, kind, and professional.

Don’t waste your time and money. First the Groupon listed the wrong address, and they had no idea about my appointment so I had to call the # that called me to confirm and they were like, oh, we have 2 addresses, which are NOT listed on the Groupon making me drive to another location. Then when I got there to a place with horrible parking. Then first thing once they realized I was there, they gave me crap about how much I paid for the Japanese straightening saying it says around $500 + normally and how I got such a good deal, meanwhile the front of the building has a banner saying $180. They told me in small print on the Groupon I was supposed to pay $40 extra on top of what I already paid. Oh, I repeatedly told then that I bought the Japanese straightening because the last 2 times I got the Keratin treatment it burnt my scalp and had to peel scabs off of my scalp but she kept saying you should do the keratin, I told her IT CAUSED MEDICAL ISSUES and I had to peel scabs off of my scalp, I spent waaaay to much and felt like they were scamming me the whole time. Don’t waste your time and money.

Very bad experience, never come back again! Don’t recommend this place to anyone! If you already bought the Groupon, ask the staff how much you need to pay extra first, I used my Groupon today, they didn’t tell me I had to pay extra, when they started to work, they ask me how much I pay for the Groupon and when you pay for it, than the staff tell me I had to pay extra!

The worse experience. Light was very low. Three bruises in my face. Chair uncomfortable. The lady was nice but she could not see. Nora is very very very rude, she kept hanging the phone when I was calling because I forgot something in their place. She was extremely mean and not professional. The lady who waxed my face was very nice. Never again. I recommend no body go their.

About Michel Rene Salon& Spa

Michel and René, of Michel René For Hair, aren't the same person, but they have the same goal: making each client look their best. The duo—comprising Michel Suissa and René Szramski—taps into an extensive background in the beauty industry to create custom looks that fit clients' lifestyle and overall aesthetic. This comes in the form of highlights that accentuate one's skin tone, keratin treatments that control frizz, and facials that suit one's skin type. In addition to customizing each service, professional stylists also treat their creations as works of art, approaching haircuts as if they were sculptures and manicures as if each nail were a tiny Sistine Chapel.
