What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We're not kids pulled in off the street, taught to R&R (remove and replace) computer components, and try to sell it as a legitimate repair like you'll see in the big box stores. With many years of experience and advanced engineering degrees, we understand computers on a deeper level.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I had already been doing it as a function of my day job for many years, and quite enjoy it. I found I have a knack for troubleshooting, so I attended graduate school to develop a broader understanding of computer science and decided to put my experience and education to work in a small business.
What do you love most about your job?
Keeping up with technological advances in computer science and applying what I learned. I've worked on computers for many years, and listened to people say over and over that Moore's Law would soon fail, only to see it hold true again and again. I can't wait to see what's next.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
An audible sigh of relief and a look of gratitude that washed over someone who thought their computer had become a boat anchor, only to watch me bring it back to life. That's instant feedback and there's nothing like it.
