Great, professional service. They accepted the oil-change Groupon with no issue! Reminder to always check prior which kind of oil your vehicle requires because their Groupon deal only applies to certain oil types.

I scheduled the appointment as soon as I bought the coupon, but by the end of the day they had already rescheduled it and notified me by phone. I showed up on the new date, only to be told—without explanation—that they couldn’t provide the service because there were no technicians available. They gave me another day, and again, without warning or reason, they said they couldn’t help me. On the fourth attempt, I called before going, and they said they weren’t sure if they could assist me that day either. I insisted and expressed how much of my time they had wasted over the past weeks. Only then did they tell me to come in. Honestly, the service felt suspiciously rushed. They also skipped the routine inspection that Midas usually includes. To make things worse, they charged me an extra $10, claiming the oil change didn’t cover some unspecified item, and that the coupon supposedly didn’t include taxes. I knew they were making excuses, but I paid it anyway just to be done with the ordeal. Absolutely awful service.

I was the only one in there and it took them 75 minutes to finish the job. I was also charged an extra $37 on top of the Groupon, which was $44. It was not worth the time or expense. Very disappointing. I’ll never go back again.
