⭐⭐⭐⭐1/2 experience...had to call and set up appointment for a Friday since it was a peak day. Arrived and had no issues with redeeming the deal and was in and out as quickly as possible.

After my vehicle was done with the oil change the mechanic just left it in the bay instead of pulling it out so I could leave. After 30 minutes of just sitting there watching nothing being done on the vehicle, I asked the guy at the desk if it was done and he confirmed it was. He spoke to the mechanic who was supposed to pull it out, but after another 10+ minutes of it just sitting there the front desk guy opted to pull it out himself. I guess this would be understandable if the place was packed busy, but it was pretty dead in there. Over 45 minutes extra just wasted. I won't be going back.
