A:

Your key doesnt have a chip but your vehicle does have a factory security system called passlock that needs to be bypassed. Call the dealer they will tell you .

the basic has 1000ft range and parking light confirmation. The 2way gives you parkinglight confirmation and also tells you the vehicle is running right on the lcd screen remote it also has 1500ft range

the basic is either a avital 4103 or a code alarm 5051. the 2 way is autopage rs-625 the Cobalt needs the $99 bypass

2013 soul should not need a bypass unless its push button start. then it needs the $99 bypass module. yes the autiopage rs-625 is compatible with the c3 module. it is 229 installed

the remote starter only has capability to do lock, unlock, and trunk or rear hatch you would need your seperate remote for the sliders
