What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are staffed by trained HD technicians to provide your motorcycles every need. Whether your motorcycle needs an oil change or a complete engine rebuild we are here to help you. We have been in business since 2009 but have been working on HD's since 2000.
What facilities or services do you provide for customers while they wait?
We provide a fully secured service bay and separate waiting room.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was tired of seeing poor customer service, overpricing and motorcycles not being attended too properly. I believe that the customer should be notified immediately if we find a problem while we are working on their motorcycle.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help other motorcycle riders when they need something for their motorcycle and having a sense of pride in knowing that they were treated the way I want to be treated.
