Our mission is to provide up-to-date fitness programs custom designed for each of our clients. Taking into consideration everyone's unique approach to fitness and diet, we customize to help you achieve your goals while educating. We guarantee results in all our programs.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
All programs change every four weeks, creating variety and specificity at the same time. The personality and energy of the trainer is key to making a sometimes grueling hour into one you look forward to. That's our specialty!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To help people get from where they are to where they want to be. To help people reclaim their lives. We have spent more than 10 years helping, educating, and guiding people who start as clients and become family. It's a personality business, and we love personality!
What do you love most about your job?
The commitment clients make to their health and fitness. Seeing people take charge of their lives every day and do something about losing that weight, gaining the strength, and living longer with less pain and sickness. We teach that. We teach others how to save their own lives. Nothing more rewarding.
