The ride was great. Doug and Mike are so nice and showed us the most scenic places to ride. The bikes are in good condition and the electric bikes allow you to look around and look at the beautiful surroundings because your not worrying about pedaling up hills or being too tired on the return ride.

Thank you for the kind words. We have all 5 Star Reviews. Unfortunately we are having to discontinue our relationship with Groupon because they are withholding more money than they contractually agreed to. We advised them early in the day on July 5th, 2017 to pause this current promotion, but they have still not responded and have kept it live. they say we need to go to our 'rep' but they have never told us who are rep is, and our original one is long gone. Their turnover appears to be very frequent internally. So anyone thinking about purchasing now, please be advised that we will not be able to honor Groupons purchased on 7/5/2017 or after. We will honor the Groupons purchased before 7/5/2017. They are also running way too many promotions, which comes out of pocket, not theirs, so at the end of the day, all of our services are actually below cost with no margin left. Groupon has changed considerably since last year.

We chose the I and M Canal Path from Utica to LaSalle and we loved it. Since it was a Thursday, we were the only people on the path. Mike was extremely efficient with providing maps and directions, and Doug was very knowledgeable about the area-he made it hard to decide where to go!!! I would definitely do this again-so much to see!!!

The bikes are great. The owner was very nice. They need however to fine-tune their operation. Better directional maps would have been most helpful. We were unaware of the extent of highway riding that was involved. A little too scary and dangerous on the highways..

Regular bike riding will never be the same! They were easy to use and easy on your legs while taking in the sights! Loved it!
Thanks Doug & Michael!
