There’s a pie for everyone at Milanos Flame Pizza—even people who don’t eat cheese, the mother of all pizza ingredients. In addition to baking up more than 10 specialty pizzas topped with anything from fresh basil to BBQ chicken, the cooks here also bring cheese-free pies to golden brown fruition for dairy-free eaters. In fact, they're happy to make a cheese-less version of any specialty pizza listed on the menu. This dietary inclusivity extends to other areas of the menu, too. For instance, the kitchen staff prepares a vegetarian lasagna, swapping out beef and Italian sausage for the likes of spinach, eggplant, zucchini, and peppers. Of course, they also whip up a traditional version of the classic pasta dish for meat lovers, too.
