Initial coupon price was very low for service offered. Getting an appointment was easy with a good amount of times available. Tech was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient with the tools he had. My only complaint was the $265 I was charged to clean one additional return line. I knew ahead of time there would be a charge as it is told in the ad and the tech gave me the price before he started. Since I could not get my coupon fee back I felt
