More Questions and Answers

Q:

Hi - I have 3 questions. 1) Does the $10 for 1 month option include swimming? I already know swimming and am interested in swimming on my own (not in classes) so would the $10 option make sense? 2) Is lap swimming possible only during certain timings of the day? 3) If am interested in buying the 3 month option, does it have to be used within the next 3 months only? I would be traveling in Nov so can I buy the 3 month membership now and activate it in December?

Shruti K.  asked on  Oct 15, 2012

A:

1) No, it does not. 2) Yes, it is only available certain times of the day. There is a link on the deal page that will allow you to download their schedule. 3) Yes, you can can activate the membership any time before the expiration.

Q:

Cannot see the membership schedule, trying to load for a long time; not loading. What is aqua-gold plus membership? We have membership with Clubsports, I want to come and visit this gym sometime. When are you opening in Fremont?

Sumedha P.  asked on  Oct 13, 2012

A:

I'm sorry for any trouble...that link is a PDF download, so make sure your browser allows downloads. The Aqua Gold pass is valid for lap swimming time. This offer is only valid for the location listed.

Q:

Hi, I'm interested in the three-month Aqua Gold gym membership option and have a couple of questions: 1. In addition to paying the $59, do I still need to pay any additional one time fee (i.e: $50 one-time fee as mentioned on your web site)? 2. If I get the Aqua Gold membership option, am I able to get the $10/person/month without any additional one-time fee for my child (8 year old) as mentioned on your web site ? Thank You

Son N.  asked on  Oct 13, 2012

A:

1) No other fees are required. 2) I would suggest contacting them directly for about how they are handling additional memberships.
