LOVED meeting TJ. Had an initial consultation along with physical assessment/workout on the first session then had the actual training on the second session and it definitely got me wanting me to be my better self. Looking forward to working together in the future. Thanks TJ!
I had a really great experience with TJ. I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and positive all my encounters were - not once did I have a negative thought, any intimidation, or bad impressions. He is great to communicate with, amazing attitude, very supportive, encouraging (especially when I felt insecure, anxious, doubted myself). He really gets to know you, very knowledgable, and has great workout exercises. All you would want in a trainer. I highly recommend him.

My workouts are upbeat, fun, and sometimes intense. I strive to maintain an individualized program structure for every client I work with. Through this approach, my clients will know their goals for every workout session with me, encouraging them to stay motivated and driven to make progress each and every time they meet with me.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I felt I had a moral obligation to help people by sharing the knowledge I've obtained over the years. I also love working with people and can provide a high-level of service to those that are striving for self-improvement through physical fitness.
