A licensed yoga teacher conducts an initial consultation before guiding female students through a one-on-one series of postures designed to benefit their particular health history. The initial lesson lasts 90 minutes, including the 30- to 45-minute consult, and subsequent lessons clock in at around 60 minutes each, and focus on building technique.

Growing up in a family of diverse backgrounds and ideas Tania Ibrahim, had to learn how to listen, a trait she brings with her to Mind, Body, & Soul Yoga. She left a corporate job to open the studio, where, she conducts lessons both one-on-one for women only and in small, co-ed groups, helping her clients to develop a custom series of postures suited to their bodies and needs.
