What You'll Get
Getting massages is a healthy practice, unlike alphabetizing your flaws in a filing cabinet labeled "Shame Box." Adopt a good habit with this Groupon.
Choose from Three Options
- $49 for a 60-minute integrated Thai table massage (a $105 value)
- $65 for a 90-minute Royal Treatment spa package (a $155 value)
- $69 for a 75-minute session of Nuat Thai bodywork (a $150 value)
The Thai table massage is a combination of Nuat Thai bodywork and Swedish massage meant to energize the body. The Royal Treatment spa package includes an aromatherapy massage, as well as a lemongrass foot scrub and a rose hips face treatment. During pure Nuat Thai bodywork, the massage—often described as assisted yoga— is performed as the client lays on the floor wearing loose clothing.

About Mind & Body Wellness
To some, a massage is meant to keep you healthy, while for others it's to be a luxurious escape. If you ask Rebecca Nenno, it encompasses both. When she started Mind & Body Wellness in 2010, her aim was to elevate to the community's sense of well being, both physically and mentally. Today, she also offers complementary services such as yoga, essential oils and Thai training courses, as well as some handy traditional Chinese techniques which can be incorporated into her treatments. Rebecca uses her experience in kinesiology and anatomy to help people recover from injuries and understand the causes and effects of prolonged tension. Her massage space is designed to be a respite from the outside world that exudes relaxation, making clients feel a lasting comfort that may lead to wearing pajamas to the grocery store.
