Mindful Arts Dance Academy is a place to build confidence while having a blast! We serve all ages from walking to adult in our unique programming including dance, gymnastics, music and skateboarding. We have Pre-K camps and babysitting services for our busy parents and host community events for older children and parents alike to enjoy. Meanwhile, the center hosts birthday parties with themes from adventures in the backyard to musical theme play.
