Mindful Living, owned by Misty Beryle, is a place to bring intentional healing and balance through physical, mental, and emotional care. Mindfulness is about paying attention to your life on purpose- placing awareness into your current physical, mental, and emotional states. It gathers information to shine a light upon what is and is not working for your well-being. You are at the heart of your well-being, a state of being comfortable, happy and healthy. At Mindful Living, we offer many opportunities to assist you in cultivating your own mindfulness practice to include: mental health therapy which interweaves traditional talk therapy skills (mindful and compassionate listening, validating, and reflecting) to uncover the limiting core beliefs you may hold about yourself that are keeping you stuck with Cognitive and Mindfulness interventions aimed at increasing skills to weed out old patterns and create new neuropathways; Trauma Informed Yoga and Chakra Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness groups, Sensory Deprivation Tanks, Breathing Therapy, Body Work and Energy healing, self-Hypnosis classes, Infrared therapy
