Helmed by the experienced Julie O'Leary, the troupe of teachers leads groups of movers and shakers through calorie-reducing yoga classes, which elongate muscles while quieting minds, and Pilates mat classes, which tone tummies so thoroughly that they can be used in the event of an emergency washboard shortage.
I really have enjoyed my experience so far at Mindful Movements, and look forward to going back to try some of the different classes. Very clean and comfortable studio, and Julie the Instructor, was wonderful.
