About Mindful Practice

• The therapist, Eden has an experience with massage for relaxation, stress management, injury recovery, scar tissue release, and sports recovery since she was licensed in 2015.
• Services are accessible to all who want or require it.
• LGBTQIA+ Inclusive: As a trans woman herself, Eden is working towards making the space and practice open, welcoming, and accepting of all queer siblings.
• Mindful Practice was built on the idea of making a safe space for everyone to help them find their vibrancy. Eden is aiming to work with every person individually to help fit their unique needs and boundaries when it comes to all the services.
• This is a place where you will feel respected, cared for, and nurtured.
