I am on day 2 of meditation. Still getting used to the guy's voice- sounds like he has a stuffy nose and like a surfer accent. But it is helping me. Looking forward to day 3.

The sounds - nature, Tibetan bowls, sound frequency - are wonderful. They are soothing and help me relax and get into the deep breathing techniques described in the instructional parts of this program. However, not all of the videos work and the narrator's speaking voice is very harsh.
