Perfect. I’m talking to you. My name is Mia Jacobson and I have been preparing for this moment for over a decade. It’s actually a really exciting place to be – the precipice of another Golden Age of Enlightenment.
Don’t believe me? I’m not the only voice directing us towards this reality. I am in a community of many others - New Age teachers, quantum physicists, religious figures, and particularly Law of Attraction people – who are all telling us the same thing.
Life can work in a dramatically different way than it is now. It is fun, easy, abundant, and magical. It’s all up to how you look at it.
Maybe this isn’t news to you, maybe you’ve been doing abundant practices like journaling, meditation, or visualization. These are all great! It comes down to a basic formula – your beliefs influence your emotions which indicate the vibrational frequency of your current experience. You feel good – life presents good feeling things, and vice versa.
However, doing this sort of work in the conscious mind can present some interesting challenges. If you’re feeling stuck, or suspect that you’re dealing with a belief that you can’t quite pinpoint – its often because this belief is operating on a subconscious level. Your subconscious mind holds the memory of everything you’ve experience – once you access the subconscious mind, it is astonishingly easy to both locate and change whatever belief is not producing the reality you desire.
This is where hypnotherapy can completely change the way you work with manifestation. During hypnotherapy, I facilitate a trance state and hold a container within which you can locate and adjust different beliefs you may have about yourself and the world. It looks like counting down from 10, finding a safe space, becoming aware of your adult self, then listening to your own intuitions about which memory holds a belief that no longer serves you. Oftentimes, especially as children, we have traumatic experiences that we cannot understand or deal with at the time and in order to move through it, we rationalize it to ourselves as belief that does not serve us. For example, “this person hurt me because no one can protect me,” “we don’t have money because money is dirty,” or “I was left alone because I am unloveable”. As we grow up, unless this belief is reconsidered, it will continue to operate no matter how much try to convince ourselves otherwise.
After the session, I have a wealth of tools and resources to recommend that will further encourage your growth, prosperity and happiness. I consider myself a Mindset Muse, like a coach in the sport of being a self-sustaining happy person. Life is so fun and fantastic.
