- Appointment/Reservation required. Merchant contact information will be available for you after purchase in your voucher. The booking fee is $10 one-time and is refundable only if the customer shows up for their appointment. No-shows, late arrivals, or leaving before the massage is completed will forfeit the booking fee and the massage, and no refunds will be issued. Mindy’s Massage does not accept refunds at any time. Clients who no-show will forfeit their massage and may be banned from future appointments.
